SUNRISE YOGA
Join local instructor Lizzie, from Three Zero12 to guide you through a relaxing morning yoga practise on the beach - followed by an optional sea swim and breakfast after.
Wednesdays from 7-8am, from May to September. Classes are £10pp, please book in advance on Three Zero 12’s website.
